Twelve Salesforce certifications, an MBA from MIT Sloan, and a background in biomedical engineering. Before Salesforce I spent five years in technology consulting at Accenture and more than a decade running an independent practice.

A book about cognitive architecture: why capability is uneven rather than general, what that means for how people are measured, and how to design systems and organisations that work with the shape of a mind instead of against it.

Written while building the same thesis in practice. The book argues it; the platform work demonstrates it.
